From getting zapped to dunking your entire body into freezing cold water, Tough Mudder this year was amazing.
This was my second time doing Tough Mudder as I had done Tough Mudder, 2014 – one of the first Tough Mudder events held in London (none of the events are exactly London – though they are advertised as such).
I thought I’d share some pictures on the blog of the event:
I love this picture below as I look to be the happiest of the bunch and I’m conveniently looking directly at the camera whilst my compadres are painstakingly making their way down the Mud Mound:
It was an enjoyable event, despite having suffered food poisoning on the same week – though some tablets I took came in handy.
Managed to get all the way through without any sort of injury, which was great as I had volunteered to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon on the 13th for someone else who suffered from a hip injury.
I’ll hopefully be doing Tough Mudder 2020 next year. 😉
