Checkpoint 1 (Fitness)

So I have come a long way since I first came to Tai­wan. I’ve lost over 16KG and I was lit­er­ally obese. Although some would still call me obese now *cough*, my girl­friend, I am not as fat as I used to be. Here is a pic of me sit­ting down:

Although it may seem I’m still fat, my body looked noth­ing like this … 4 months ago. I was overly fat and now I’m not so fat, so I’m kind of proud and the tar­get I set and the way I am now.

How­ever now it is time to build up mus­cle, I’m going to do 30 press-ups per day, every night and lift ups when I can. I’m also try­ing to eat more healthy food.

Hope­fully I’ll be able to post a pic­ture of a big change in com­par­i­son to the photo above; soon.
